Use these checks when the Chrome helper cannot review or fill the application you opened.
Start with a fresh review
Reload the application tab, reopen the FillItForMe side panel, and choose Review safe fields again. A review token is short-lived, one-use, and bound to the exact tab and application URL.
When a field stays manual
File uploads, EEO prompts, consent, compensation, legal questions, ambiguous options, and unsupported controls intentionally stay with you. FillItForMe does not guess those answers.
When nothing should be filled
Stop if the page shows a CAPTCHA, the job identity changed, the application is a duplicate, or the review does not match what you see. FillItForMe is designed to fail closed in those cases.
Get private-beta help
Reply through the same trusted-tester or invitation channel that gave you access. Include the browser version, ATS host, and the visible error message—but do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or sensitive application answers.
Privacy and terms
The public website has no support form, analytics, or diagnostic upload. Review the privacy policy and terms of use for the current product boundaries.
